Brussels-based hotel management company The Rezidor Hotel Group has a new flagship in the Russian capital: Radisson Royal Hotel Moscow. Moscow’s mayor, Yury Luzhkov, was on hand to celebrate the hotel’s opening, which follows an extensive, three-year renovation to the former ‘Hotel Ukraina’.
