The Mills House Hotel, a historic Charleston, SC lodging, threw Charleston’s first ever ‘Yappy Hour’ at the end of this past month. This unique fundraising event brings together dogs, their owners and other concerned Charleston locals in order to collect cash and food donations for the Charleston Animal Society Pet Food Bank.
